IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENT
Our consultant team is trained to use specific testing methods for relational and behavioural skills in expert tech professions. Two of our consultants are certified coaches.
Mistaken personality appraisal is a common source of recruitment errors: to correct this we systematically use a personality appraisal questionnaire,which we build on during interviews, helping us to make stronger and more accurate recommendations to our clients.
QUALITY CERTIFICATION
In order to guarantee the highest possible quality of service to our clients, we have chosen to certify all areas in which we work. We are the only recruitment agency in France to have sought and obtained both the French Afnor certification for Recruitment Consultancy (NF X 50 767 and NF 353) and the demanding ISO 9001 certificate. .
2009, this has involved an annual audit of our methods, and continuous testing, together with experience with well over 450 clients, helps us to constantly upgrade our approach and methods.
